Some time ago, I was looking at acrostic poems – lots of examples exist but I found very few examples of acrostic Limericks. That is something we need to address, isn’t it?
And so I look for prompts that contain a multiple of five letters (preferred multiple is one). This week, I again found a five-letter prompt at Tales from the mind of Kristian and thought I’d give it a go.
Quilt makes me warm while I sleep
Until off the bed it does creep
I‘ll battle the chill
Laying quite still
To count the innumerable sheep
Anyone care to join me? (In the challenge, not under the quilt).
